Edgars started his carrier as bartender for 3 years, then became club manager for 6 years, then decided to create his own bartender school BarDepartment to develop bartenders skills as while working in industry he discovered that to find good bartenders is mission impossible, education level of bartenders was really low.

Now as Diageo Reserve brand ambassador Edgars is helping to grow fine drinking and hospitality industry in Latvia.
